After having a poor experience with a realtor when buying my first home and feeling frustrated by realor compensation vs value provided I set out to learn more about real estate and later became licenced as a realtor to represent myself as well as family and friends. I quickly realized how much I enjoyed the field and that I could provide that same level of service with reduced fees to others as well.
